Listed building advice is a focused written opinion on whether works need consent and how to frame the proposal, useful early on or for small projects. Listed building consent support is end-to-end help with a live LBC application: heritage statement, drawings co-ordination, conservation officer correspondence and conditions discharge.

What counts as conservation area planning?

Conservation area planning covers any development within a designated conservation area, including extensions, alterations to unlisted buildings, demolitions, tree works and changes to materials or shopfronts. Permitted development rights are reduced and an Article 4 direction may remove them further; the local conservation area appraisal is a material consideration.
